come rain or come shine.

it RAINED like all day yesterday. usually, i don’t care about that kind of stuff.. i love rain. but yesterday was a designated picture day for me and colbs. we freaked. so we walked around downtown with our pink umbrella trying to find cute suspenders for him, and figuring out what to do.
at 4:15 in the afternoon, we decided we were hungry, so we stopped at the Springfield Brewing Company, which we hadn’t been to since our very first art walk, in OCTOBER. so we had a good time :]

right after we ate, the sun was coming out (finally!) and we went over to the cutest park in the world and took our pictures, as planned :]

yay for summer!

speaking of summer:
earlier in the year, i tried out vegetarianism, and it didn’t last too long, about 26 hours, i think. but anyways, after that, i promised myself that i would NOT eat meat the entire summer, just to see if i could do it, right? well. let me tell you; passing up the burger sliders at dinner last night was soo super hard. but i did it :] i settled on tomato bisque soup and seasoned fries :] haha, odd mix, yes. but then again- what do you pair with tomato soup, anyways?
this summer’s meals could get interested… stay tuned to see how that one goes.
