I felt the need to blog. Not sure why. Probably because I have nothing else to do?
I have been busy doing absolutely nothing…. so I’m watching Nip/Tuck (what else did you expect?) and journaling and all of that business!
I’ll start with last night.
Cassie and I always have amazing adventures. We first went to the mall… and saw Miss Erin Sunday, hard at work :) After that, we went to Barnes and Noble so I could use up the rest of my gift card (birthday present courtesy of Grandmother Smith) and with that last 15 bucks, I bought this:

“The Wild Things” by Dave Eggers. Basically, as you can probably guess by the cover, is loosely based off of Where The Wild Things Are. and as I’ve read so far, it is very much like the movie. So… we’ll see. But at least the cover is cute right?? :)
Then….. we went to Olive Garden. HA! Seriously, it is my favoriteee restaurant ever. EVER. But… we had the most terrible service ever. Cassie and I felt so completely… humiliated by our waiter, and his little waiter friends. We wanted to leave so, so bad. It was so bad. I really don’t want to go back anytime soon. Cassie is famous for her complaint letters (she’s sent them to a restaurant in St. Charles, MO we went to once and Westboro Baptist Church), so she sent one to Olive Garden, of course. We then went to Target for some late night Starbucks… and shopping for things we definitely don’t need.
I went because I needed a backpack for school. She went because she wanted to buy the Eclipse soundtrack. We DID leave with the backpack… but not the soundtrack. We both, however, left with new denim leggings. DUDE. we bought JEGGINGS. hahaha! Seriously don’t know why I haven’t tried them before! They are sooo comfortable. It like wearing leggings… that look like jeans. Best feeling in the world. I need more. I just might start living in these things! They were only 12 bucks… so I couldn’t pass them up!

Sigh. In. Love. :)
Today I went to Silver Dollar City with Tyler, his mom, and niece,Brylee. It was a lot of fun. The ride home took about twice the time that it was supposed to, but I’m home now and the tears are alllll dried up. So we’re good. I got to see my journalism/Yearbook teacher this evening. It almost made me sad that I won’t be going back to school to be in yearbook again. almost.

Allllright. I’m a sleepy girl, and I’d like to finish two more episodes of Nip/Tuck before bed!
:)) I love you all muchly.
xoxo haley

Weekend in Review
So… this weekend has gone by soooo slooowlyyy. Ugh. It was like..it was never going to end. But, thank goodness, it is Sunday. Finally.
Friday:I saw Up in all of its 3D goodness. It was quite the pleasurable experience, if I may say so myself. Saturday: I spent all day being absolutely lazy, and then last minute, made plans with Colby to just go to Springfield and goof around. We ate at Applebee’s, like we usually do, and we made a trip to Sally’s (for a snazzy comb for Colbs, and some hairspray for my momma), we made a looong stop at Target to look through all the adorable boy clothing, and through all the magazines and books, and such (I got the newest issue of Nylon. Finally). (! My foot just cramped up on me. Ouch.) Then we stopped at Entertainmart just to get Rocky Horror Picture Show (which, just in case you were wondering, I bought the 25th Anniversary Special Edition DVD for only $7.99. Score). But, even though we just went there to pick up that one movie, I swear: we looked through every single CD and movie in the place. We went back to my house and watched RHPS in all it’s glory, and I’m not sure if he liked it or not… but we did get some good laughs out of imitating a Russian accent (Wristcutters inspired, of course. Bet you girls beer you won’t guess… lol) Good weekend :]
Target Mirrors Suck.
Nowww: I’m sitting here, getting ready for the longest nap of my life. I’ve got everything ready for tomorrow (my fulllll day of crafts, yay!) I have all the movies I wanna watch set out, ready to watch; I have a special playlist on iTunes made just for tomorrow; and alllll my paints and stuff set out. just waiting for me to get started. :] Tomorrow is going to be a good day. Best Monday in a while, I think.
Maybe I’ll take a break, and grab lunch with the boy.
The boy, being my best friend. Haha.
Happy Sunday!
I’ll be back tomorrowww.
<3 lovess, haley.

it RAINED like all day yesterday. usually, i don’t care about that kind of stuff.. i love rain. but yesterday was a designated picture day for me and colbs. we freaked. so we walked around downtown with our pink umbrella trying to find cute suspenders for him, and figuring out what to do.
at 4:15 in the afternoon, we decided we were hungry, so we stopped at the Springfield Brewing Company, which we hadn’t been to since our very first art walk, in OCTOBER. so we had a good time :]

right after we ate, the sun was coming out (finally!) and we went over to the cutest park in the world and took our pictures, as planned :]
here are my favorites:
Colby :] Colby twohaley Haley two

i looove them :]
yay for summer!

speaking of summer:
earlier in the year, i tried out vegetarianism, and it didn’t last too long, about 26 hours, i think. but anyways, after that, i promised myself that i would NOT eat meat the entire summer, just to see if i could do it, right? well. let me tell you; passing up the burger sliders at dinner last night was soo super hard. but i did it :] i settled on tomato bisque soup and seasoned fries :] haha, odd mix, yes. but then again- what do you pair with tomato soup, anyways?
this summer’s meals could get interested… stay tuned to see how that one goes.

Lovelyyy little baby, she is.

Lovelyyy little baby, she is.

I must say. This weekend was an uneventful, fantastic weekend.
Friday After school, Colbs picked me up & we went to Spraaangfield to visit his new niece, Addison <3 She is just a doll. She’s a beautiful, beautiful little girl. I can’t wait to take her out when she gets older :]] Colby & I then traveled over to the mall to buy his very VERY first pair of skinny jeans; which was quite the ordeal. I had to accompany the boy to the dressing room because he was so scared. After alllll of that, we picked up Amycakes and Amy stayed the night; we watched Teeth… which is horrifying. And we also watched Wristcutters, which is one of my favorites.
Saturday I did absolutely nothing allll day. Finally, Amber & Trevor decided to join me in watching the Rocky Horror Picture Show…. they didn’t like it.

And now, I’m just sitting here… doing nothing.
I’ve cleaned my room, made my bed, made plans for tomorrow… and there’s nothing left to do anymore. Hahah.
So I need to figure out something to do before I go crrrrazy.

Moooore later.
lovelovelove, hay.
